 The Stop, Relax & Resolve Conflict Game is designed to teach children the importance of resolving conflicts in peaceful and productive ways, to provide them with the opportunity to practice twelve basic conflict resolution techniques, and to make them aware of conflict situations which might present an immediate danger either to themselves or others. This game is especially helpful to those children who have difficulty relating to their peers. This colorful and imaginative game helps children deal with the day-to-day problems that they encounter, such as teasing, protecting one's property and handling arguments, as well as more serious problems like the bully, the drug pusher, the stranger, or the kid with a gun.

To be effective a conflict resolution program must be brought into the “culture” of the child, both in the classroom and at home. The Stop, Relax & Resolve Conflict Game can be helpful in introducing conflict resolution techniques to children, as well as the adults, who are the ones responsible for setting a good example of how to resolve conflicts effectively.
