To check the status of your order, enter your billing zip code and the order number:
This page is updated daily with the same information available to our representatives via phone or e-mail.
To track your order, click the tracking number above. You will be taken to the carrier's website to view detailed tracking info. Some orders my not have tracking numbers available (eg. First Class Mail).
Having trouble? Make sure you enter your Billing zip code, exactly as it was entered on your original order, along with your order number from your e-mail receipt.
